1.负责采购生产电脑所必需的微软公司的相关产品,并作采购的计划安排.Packardbell电脑国际有限公司的个人电脑的销量在整个欧洲列第三,主要市场包括英国,法国,西班牙,意大利,荷兰和比利时等等.产品均为上海代表处采购.
2.每周Release Material Fcst(Base on Weekly production Fcst);联系Microsoft vendor提前备料.

4.确保PO准确并按时送至Vendor:Moduslink处.Push Vendor按时报关以及送货,不影响各家ODM的NoteBook和Desktop的生产.
5.提前联系ODM在合理的时间call料(5月份新提出一个Project,目标是做到JIT).
6.每天追踪供应商送货情况,并与logistic team沟通协调,确保物流顺畅.
7.与Quality engineering team沟通协调,努力降低降低产品不合格率,提高客户的满意度.
8.在新产品发布的时候与Marketing team和PM team合作协调,确保新产品能按时投放市场.
9.控制ODM库存量,与France Finance Team沟通协调,在自己的位置上尽可能为公司争取更大的资金运转空间.
10.在产品退出市场时合理控制呆料,最小化其对公司的影响.与内部和外部共同协商来寻求处理呆料的最佳解决方案.
11.更新ERP系统内信息和数据(PeopleSoft,Agile,EBP2),提供Report给相关team,提醒Vender按时发送Reports,以及随时与ODM planning team协调,解决其他不同的问题.例如:RMA操作,Microsoft新产品的导入等.
