工作经验
2008年3月至今,沈阳华晨金杯汽车有限公司海外销售公司CBU销售二处处长。负责部门的日常管理及中南美、前独联体、亚太地区市场的开发、经销商的选定管理及销售任务的完成等工作。
2003年11月至2008年3月,沈阳华晨金杯汽车有限公司海外业务部销售员/销售主管。主要参与了华晨金杯海外业务部的组建工作,历任出口业务员、出口业务主管(辖所有区域业务员)。负责中东、中南美市场经销商的筛选及市场开发工作,分解、完成年度销量任务,从2007年1月份起,负责华晨北美项目的联络协调。每年均完成公司整车出口销量的50%左右,为华晨金杯出口标兵。完成了对美国、加拿大、阿联酋、沙特、巴林、卡塔尔、科威特、阿曼、伊朗、约旦、叙利亚、也门等国家市场的走访调研,积累了大量的第一手资料,并领先全国其他轻客制造厂商通过正规申请渠道取得GSO(海湾六国)认证及伊朗市场准入认证。
2001年7月至2003年11月,沈阳华晨金杯汽车有限公司计财部/计划物流部计划员。主要负责:
CKD & SKD 进口资源开证计划,满足生产需求,控制存货同时规避外汇风险。
商务谈判及沟通联络工作,主要负责与丰田汽车及丰田通商日常联络,参加价格谈判,准备谈判相关的各种文件,提供建议及降价方案。参加戈兰维亚项目商务部分谈判。安排每月的进口资源开证协调会。
制作生产计划,在充分考虑生产能力的情况下尽量满足销售需求。
编制公司年度经营计划,包括固定资产购置计划、基建计划、研发费用计划等。
制作应付账款计划,对所有国内供应商付款,并控制资金流向。
综合调研,负责统计生产销售情况,编写月份、季度、年度生产经营情况报告,并向公司经理、集团、政府有关部门汇报。编制经营指标图表。
编写项目文件及其他工作。
2002年9月至2003年2月,英德教育中心CEO助理(私人时间兼职),并协助其在5个月之内建成沈阳市规模最大的外国语培训学校。主要负责:
编写教材Direct English;联络外籍教师;为学院职员提供计算机操作培训;市场调研,分析竞争环境,制定经营规划;安排组织各项活动。

From March 2008 to now, manager of CBU export department of Shenyang Brilliance Jinbei Automobile Co., Ltd. International Sales Company. Responsible for the administration of the routine work of the department. Exploiting the market of Central and Southern America, former CIS and Asia Pacific. Selecting and handling the distributors. Achieve the sales target.
November 2003 to present, Shenyang Brilliance Jinbei Automobile Co., Ltd., sales specialist/supervisor in Oversea business department. Organize the Oversea Business department, worked as sales specialist and then sales supervisor(in charge of the business in all territory). Responsible for the dealer selection and market exploitation in Middle East and Central and South America. Responsible for the communication job for Brilliance North American Exportation Project since January 2007. Completed about 50% of total CBU export volume of Brilliance Auto every year, work model for exportation job. Visited USA, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Iran, Jordan, Syria, Yemen etc. and collected a lot local market information. Made Brilliance Auto the first Chinese manufacturer to formally obtain the GSO certificate and Iran homologation certificate.
July 2001 to November 2003, Shenyang Brilliance Jinbei Automobile Co., Ltd., controller in Programming and Accounting / Programming and Logistics Department. In charge of:
CKD & SKD import planning, to satisfy the production, control stocks, avoid foreign exchange risks.
Business negotiation and communication, to communicate with Toyota Motor and Toyota Tsusho, attend the price negotiation, prepare all the documentary needed, supply possible price reduction scheme and suggestions. Attended the negotiation of Granvia project(business concerned). Arrange the CKD & SKD order meeting every month.
Production planning, to make production plan according to the output ability and market demand.
Annual management planning, to make overall plan of company operation, including assets purchasing, construction project, R & D expense, etc..
Account Payable planning, plan to make payments to domestic suppliers, control bankroll flow.
Marketing and operation research, to statistic the production and sale, write manage report to the managers, general company and the government every month. Make forms and graphs of operation ratings.
Attended the project of SAP system of company, in charge of PP module.
