商务谈判及沟通联络工作,主要负责与丰田汽车及丰田通商日常联络,参加价格谈判,准备谈判相关的各种文件,提供建议及降价方案。参加戈兰维亚项目商务部分谈判。安排每月的进口资源开证协调会。

CKD & SKD import planning, to satisfy the production, control stocks, avoid foreign exchange risks.
Business negotiation and communication, to communicate with Toyota Motor and Toyota Tsusho, attend the price negotiation, prepare all the documentary needed, supply possible price reduction scheme and suggestions. Attended the negotiation of Granvia project(business concerned). Arrange the CKD & SKD order meeting every month.
Production planning, to make production plan according to the output ability and market demand.
Annual management planning, to make overall plan of company operation, including assets purchasing, construction project, R & D expense, etc..
Account Payable planning, plan to make payments to domestic suppliers, control bankroll flow.
